Requirements:

1. Smart or Globe(openline) Broadband plug-it or any modem with sim slot.
2. Smart prepaid, Buddy, Lte or Jump in sim for VisMin area
3. Smart Broadband LTE Sim for Luzon area.
4. Zero or below P5 load

Instructions:

Step 1. Download BlueVPN. Click here.



 Step 2. Download and install TAP Driver. Click here.



Step 3: Check on  "Tap Virtual Ethernet Adapter", then click Next.



Step 4: Extract and Connect.
